InTernet iN eDucAtion

For me, using internet in education is also important, because using internet those pupils can search for information on a wide range of topics. The information they will obtain will be found more recent than most up to date text books. Using internet in school will have access to a library greater than the sum total of the public libraries in the area.

Using Internet those pupils can consult with eminent authority to obtain the answers to their questions and at the same time improve their communications skills, and will learn to ask questions, thinking first of exactly what they wish to know. Using Internet also students can have 'fun' so that even the most recalcitrant will be found, in their breaks or after school, working on their projects.

LeArniNg in The iNternet

For me, in my idea in the internet. Internet is a vast computer network linking smaller computer networks worldwide. The internet includes commercial, educational, governmental, and other networks, all of which use the same set of communications protocols. Internet also known as the NET is the single worldwide computer network that interconnects other computer networks, on which end-user services, such as World Wide Web sites or data archives, are located, enabling data and other information to be exchange. As i know the internet is a global system of interconnected of computer networks that use the standard Internet Protocol Suite to serve a billions of users worldwide. A network is that consists of millions of private, public, academic, business, and the government networks, of local to global scope, that are linked by a broad array of electronic, wireless and optical networking technologies. The internet also can be defined as a worldwide interconnection of computers and computer networks that facilitate the sharing or exchange of information among users. The Internet carries a vast range of information resources and services, such as the inter-linked hypertxt documents of the World Wide Web (WWW) and the infrastructure to support electronic mail.

Internet links are computer networks all over the world so that users can share resources and communicate with each other. Some computers, have direct access to all the facilities on the Internet such as the universities. And other computers, privately-owned ones, have indirect links through a commercial service provider, who offers some or all of the internet facilities. In order to be connected to Internet, you must go through service suppliers. Many options are offered with monthly rates. Depending on the option chosen, access time may vary. The internet is what we call a metanetwork, that is a network of networks that spans the globe. It's impossible to give an exact count of the number of networks or users that comprise the Internet, but it is easily in the thousands and millions respectively. The internet employs a set of standardized protocols which allow for the sharing of resources among different kinds of computers that communicate with each other on the network. The Internet also what we call a distributed system, there is no central archives. Technically, no one runs the Internet. Rather, the Internet is made up of thousands of smaller networks. The Internet thrives and develops as its many users find new ways to create, display and retrieve the information that constitutes the Internet.

And i also learned about the internet of advantages and disadvantages. Those advantage is to communication, information, entertainment, services, e-commerce, email, and buy or sell products and the disadvantages are spamming, virus threat, pornography, isolation, addiction, inaccurate information, hacking of personal information. And the File Transfer Protocol is the part of the internet which is used while transferring the file in the internet. The file transfer protocol is the convention for connecting computers over a Internet connection in order for one computer to transfer files and execute file commands on a different computer. FTP is generally used for transferring files over a network using TCP/IP protocol. The 2 main components are usually a FTP Clients and FTP server. The server listens for a connection request from the client computer, and once connected, the client may send commands to the server to execute operations on files. Such us uploading, downloading, deleting and renaming to name the basic operations.
